In order to achieve this goal, we optimize the qualification and motivation of your employees with innovative training courses and seminars. MSM develops an individual complete program for you or supports you in your previous personnel development. Dealing with people requires a special instinct. 

All MSM trainers are specially qualified and have many years of professional experience in sales, marketing and leadership. 

They master the theory and practice. 

The interaction with the participants is the focus of our training work, which also takes into account their own everyday sales. Every year, MSM organizes more than 500 training days and 1400 coaching days for over 15,000 employees of well-known companies.

One of the methods to develop the quality and service standards is tailor-made gastro-training. The gastro service program is one of the most successful MSM training measures. 

Especially in highly frequented locations such as petrol stations, rest areas and train stations, catering establishments are faced with the big challenge of meeting hygiene and service demands. Sales coaching at the POS

Personal and immediate - MSM sales coaching, which is realized directly at the POS, supports your employees with individual encouragement for optimized sales negotiations. 

The immediate feedback, the active involvement and the relation to the real working environment motivate the sales assistants and facilitate the transfer of the training contents into professional everyday life. The new commitment and the resulting self-confidence among employees are immediately reflected in quantitative and qualitative performance improvement, as confirmed by subsequent test runs.

With mystery shopper coaching, the MSM Group has developed an innovative and highly efficient instrument for personnel development and immediate performance improvement at the POS. Mystery shoppers, skilled trainers and coaches, are intimately familiar with the company's philosophy and standards, as well as their employee expectations.

After the anonymous mystery check, a coaching dialogue between trainer and salesman follows:

Through self-analysis and reflection, the employee learns best how he or she affects customers and how he or she can improve their performance at the POS. The experienced trainer assesses the strengths, weaknesses and potential of the individual salespersons and supports them through direct coaching (in active day-to-day business or in the form of role play) to optimize their performance.

We offer individual Mystery Shopper coachings
